SEN INFORMATION
All local authorities must publish information about services available for children and young people with SEND, both in and out of the borough, from birth to 25. This is known as the ‘Local Offer’. Local Offer helps you find information about local services, support, activities and events for children and young people who have special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).

Here is a recommendation from NHS Community Children's Nursing Team to make sure families with disabled children who rely on medical equipment (or could not cope without power or water for any length of time) are urged to join the Priority Services Registers (PSR) so that they get extra and urgent support in the event of power or water supply issues.
